Sparkling Rosé Wine
Learn more
Our Sparkling Rosé began as a research project initiated by the Cheylan family who was interested in learning how the Champagne vinification process would work on the grapes of Provençal vines. The results were two sparkling wines: a sparkling chardonnay and a sparkling rosé.
Naturally festive, this special wine seduces those who love bubbly Champagne by offering a Provencal compromise.
Made from Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache, and Caladoc grape varieties, this wine is transformed through cold pressing vinification for base wine and a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method used for Champagnes and crémants.
Its "thiolated" (citrus) and yellow fruit notes give our sparkling rosé a typicity specific to its region of birth: Provence.
Pairings
Enjoy our Sparkling Rosé as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to desserts, or to celebrate special occasions.
Tasting advice
Meant to be consumed from a flute or champagne glass, Sparkling Rosé will seduce you with its freshness. Try adding a few drops to a white sangria to enhance its rosy reflections.
Environmental distinction
Château Virant has an HVE 3 certification issued by the French government. This distinguished label is only obtained after having reached the highest level of environmental certification for farms. This label signifies sustainable production and practices with careful management of natural resources.
Awards
Due to its limited production, Sparkling Rosé is not entered in national competitions.

J'en ai pris une bouteille pour tester, je ne regrette pas, il vaut certains champagnes; L'été il se laissera boire avec modération. Je vais en recommander pour le prix très intéressant , en prime la qualité. Félicitations
