Chardonnay
Learn more
The only single varietal wine on the estate, our chardonnay is made exclusively from chardonnay grapes. The Cheylan family wanted to add this famous grape variety to their Provençal land to create a classic high quality wine. As a result, young vines were planted ten years ago. Today, these vines produce grapes of exceptional quality, enjoying a south-east exposure on arid hillsides.
The only commercial possibility for this grape variety in Provence is the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP). This label allows for freedom in the choice of the grape variety selection and permits greater possibilities than does PDO in the methods of cultivation of the vine.
Pairings
This wine is best enjoyed as an aperitif and also compliments soft cheeses and meals of seafood, white meat, and pasta.

Parfait, fruité et sec aussi agréable qu'un Chardonnay californien. J'en ferai peut-être mon vin de l'été.
