We decided to take this popular holiday wine and transform it. We took barrels of this wine and “forgot” it in the Provencal sun. For years. Our goal: to produce Provence sunset wine vinegar.
Time has done its job. Today, we are proud to present another quality product, the essence of Provence sunset wine.
