Inspiration Red Wine (Tradition)
Learn more
The Inspiration Red wine is the estate's flagship wine. This emblematic red wine was born in 1998 from the perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Grenache grape varieties. Through much research and taste testing, the Cheylan Family discovered the perfect combination of grapes necessary to produce this select wine.
With the support of the cellar master and the oenologist, the family determined that the winemaking methods for this wine would be the same as those used on the old hillside vines. For our Inspiration red wine, the grapes undergo pre-fermentation maceration at 15 ° with a fermentation at a controlled temperature between 18 ° and 22°C followed by a long vatting of four weeks. The result is a powerful, balanced, and structured red wine.
This best selling wine reveals consistent taste attributes. No matter the vintage, you will discover aromas of red fruits in jam, cocoa, and garrigue. After the fourth year of storage, the tannins become finer and more integrated. This wine becomes rounder and smoother with age.
Pairings
Our Inspiration Red can be enjoyed with modern or reimagined traditional dishes. Lamb chops with herbs, grilled meats, and cheeses will all be enhanced by this inspired wine.

1ère commande de ce vin tout juste livré, mais que je dois laisser reposer avant de le gouter. mais je présume qu'il reste dans la même veine de qualité que les autres vins "maison".
