Packages are shipped within two working days after receipt of payment via GLS, Mondial Relay, or Geodis. You can track the shipment of your package online with an assigned tracking number. Depending on the carrier, some packages will require signature upon delivery.
Shipping costs include the cost of preparing the order, packaging it, and shipping it. Preparation costs are fixed. But, the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. To minimize costs, we recommend that you group your items into one order. If you place two separate orders, shipping costs will be applied to each order.
Your package is shipped at your own risk. To help provide safe transport, we have developed special packing solutions. Our box sizes accommodate the size of the order and your items will be properly protected inside.
